We started our company in 2021, but have been building with a combined experience for 10 years, with our team on sub-contractors and American Homes of SWFL. The founder of American Homes of SWFL is Tyler Triplett and Co-Founder Davidson Joseph. They treat every build equally as important not one better than the other, because they care about their customer. They have paved the way for more customers to buy from them by partnering with banks that will help their customers. American Homes of SWFL will be the builder everyone asks about because of the custom and already designed floor plans.
